1. Acceptance
By creating an account on ProFeed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Real Identity Requirement
You must register under your real, legal name. Impersonating another person — whether a public figure, professional, or private individual — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. ProFeed reserves the right to remove any account it reasonably suspects of impersonation.
3. Verified Badges
ProFeed offers two voluntary verification badges: an Identity Badge (confirming your legal identity) and a Credential Badge (confirming a stated professional qualification). Badges are issued at ProFeed's sole discretion following manual review. A badge is not a guarantee of accuracy, expertise, or good conduct — it confirms only what was verified at the time of review.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to post content that is defamatory, harassing, unlawful, or in violation of any applicable law. You are solely responsible for everything you post. ProFeed is a platform — it does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.
5. Hidden Profiles
Users who set their profile to hidden may read and follow content but may not post, comment, or like. This restriction exists to maintain the accountability standard of the platform.
6. Reporting & Takedowns
ProFeed provides a reporting mechanism for content that violates these Terms. We will review reports in good faith and respond promptly. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ProFeed after changes constitutes acceptance.
